Indian Navy Drops Relief Items In Puri

Food items and relief materials were air-dropped by Indian Navy on Sunday.

The naval helicopters air-dropped food packets and various relief items in and around Puri which has been devastated by cyclone Fani.

Also ‘Community Kitchens’ have been set up to ensure supply of cooked food constantly in affected areas.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has also instructed all disaster management centres to provide cooked foods to the people for 15 days.
