Indian Meteorological Department Issues Alert For 21 Districts Of Odisha

Thunderstorm accompanied with lightening and rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places over 21 districts of Odisha today as predicted by the Regional Meterological Centre in Bhubaneswar.

The latest satellite images indicate gusty wind and lightening, and light to moderate rainfall possibly at one or two places over 21 districts. The alerted districts are Khurda, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Bargarh, Angul, Nayagarh, Bolangir, Boudh, Sonepur, Nuapada, Sundergarh, Sambalpur and Jharsuguda districts.

Hope the showers bring respite from the rising mercury.
