Doctor Beaten Over Patients Death

A doctor was beaten mercilessly by the relatives of a deceased patient at Athagarh Hospital in Cuttack district on Nov. 5, 2019.

The relatives alleged that the patient died due to negligence of the doctor during the treatment.

Furious over the negligence, relatives protested and thrashed the doctor.

On being immediately informed, police rushed to the spot to take control of the situation and detained three persons in this connection.
