Naveen Patnaik Launches Poll Campaign In Odisha

Ahead of the Lok Shaba election, the Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik kicked off a poll campaign, “Ghare Ghare Shankha“, (Conch at every house) on the occasion of his father and legendary leader Biju Patnaik’s 103rd birth anniversary.

Conch is the party symbol of the Biju Janata Dal. Mr Patnaik asked people to come forth with their grievances and beliefs, assuring them that some of their demands will be covered in the party’s poll manifesto.

Leaders forming party lines paid tribute to former CM Biju Patnaik Tuesday. Odisha’s sports and youth affairs department arranged the annual mini-marathon on the incident, which was accompanied by scores of people.
