India vs Australia 3rd Test ends in a Draw; Series levelled at 1-1

The third Test match between India and Australia ended in a draw in Ranchi after Australia finished their second innings on 204/6 at the end of Day 5.

The right-handed batsman Cheteshwar Pujara declared man of the match for his brilliant double century.

The four match series is now tied at 1-1 with the last Test match scheduled to start in Dharmasala from 25th of March.

In a reply to India’s 603/9 (210 overs),  Australia scored 451/10 (137.3) in first innings & 204/6 (100 overs) in second innings. Shaun Marsh and Peter Handscomb stitched together a 124-run stand.
