Man shot dead by Maoists in Malkangiri Dist

A person was shot dead by Maoists in front of his house today morning at Sanyasiguda village in Malkangiri district.

The deceased was identified as Nanda Golari, who was kidnapped by Maoists along with another villager Ravi Pujari two days back.

While Pujari was killed by the ultras earlier, Golari was shot dead in front of his house today morning.

Earlier, on Tuesday, protesting the cruel activities of red rebels, locals staged a road blockade from Govindapalli to Balimela in the district.
