Fake Placement Tow: (SOA) Students end Hunger Strike

The Siksha O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University Students, who had launched a hunger strike yesterday demanding justice in ITER fake placement row, withdrew their stir following assurance from the Vice Chancellor.

The students were asked to avail options of Rs 20,000 per month Teaching Assistant job for one year or waiver of full course fee for those willing to pursue M.Tech. However, they were adamant on getting jobs in reputed firms as promised to them.
