Dharmendra Pradhan to launch Cuttack, BBSR City Gas Distribution Project today

Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will launch the ambitious Rs 1,750 crore City Gas Distribution (CGD) project in Odisha today by 5 pm at Baramunda Ground in Bhubaneswar.

The project will benefit consumers of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Bhubaneshwar CGD project will benefit over 25 lakh people in Khordha district, however in Cuttack around 26 lakh people will be benefited by this project.

Natural Gas will be supplied to these cities through the Jagdishpur Haldia & Bokaro Dhamra Natural Gas Pipeline (JHBDPL), popularly known as ‘Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga.
