Centre approves National Investment & Manufacturing Zone (NIMZ) in Odisha

Union Government has given final approval for setting up of National Investment & Manufacturing Zone (NIMZ) in Kalinganagar, Odisha. It was stated by Union P&NG Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Rs. 4241 Cr will be invested in the NIMZ. 1st phase to be completed by 2020 with an investment Rs. 3816 Cr.

It will create 1.5 lakh employment opportunity and develop Odisha as a manufacturing hub.
