Pyari Mohapatra takes political centre stage during Wi-Fi Launch

Once known as ‘BJD’s Chanakya’ and ‘ Mentor of Naveen Patnaik’, Pyari Mohan Mohapatra is slowly, but steadily making a comeback into Odisha politics. Of late, he has become a blue-eyed boy of BJP, which is seeking a growth in the state.

Not long ago, Pyari was attended to central functions, be it of Railways or NHAI. When he went through a surgery recently, Dharmendra Pradhan was one of the two top leaders (other one was Prasad Harichandan) to visit him at his residence.

During the free Wi-Fi launch programme at Bhubaneswar Railway Station today, Pyari took the centre stage. He was also one of the top speakers. Pyro was seen jostling with Suresh Prabhu, Manoj Sinha, Baishnab Charan Parida etc. during the launch ceremony.

Leading Odia news channel OTV quoted Pyari Mohapatra, saying he would write at least two volumes on late Biju Patnaik, although he has enough topics and materials to write 10 volumes on the legendary leader.
