President, PM greet the nation on the festival of Holi

President Pranab Mukherjee greeted people on the festival of Holi. In his message, President said “On the joyous occasion of Holi, I extend warm greetings and good wishes to all my fellow countrymen. The festival of Holi symbolizes the vibrant colours of our diverse multicultural society and the spirit of tolerance and harmony that has been the essence of our culture and civilisation. May this unique festival of colours be a joyous expression of the spirit of pluralism. May it strengthen the fraternal bonds amongst our citizens”.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also greeted people on the festival of Holi. Modi tweeted “Happy Holi to all of you!”
