Pakistan Army targets Kashmiri Civilians on Border, India Fight Back

At least four ceasefire violations were reported by Pakistan on the border in the last 24 hours, triggering tension in the region. The Pakistani troops resorted to fresh firing in RS Pura sector of J&K. They targeted three BSF posts. The Indian forces retaliated heavily. According to reports, Pakistan suffered heavy loss in Mendhar sector. Some terrorists who were trying to infiltrate, taking advantage of Pak firing, had to go back.

Earlier, a woman was killed in Pakistan firing in Akhnoor sector yesterday. At least three civilians have been injured in the last 24 hours in RS Pura sector. A BSF jawan was among the casualties.

Meanwhile, Pakistan has summoned the Indian Envoy to lodge its protest over an unmanned Drone, which was reportedly on a surveillance mission in Pakistan territory. Pak Army claimed that the Drone was sent by India and they shot it down. India also summoned the Pakistan High Commissioner to lodge a protest against the ceasefire violations on the border.
